By placing an order or using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Our meal plans are billed on a recurring weekly basis. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard prior to the weekly order cutoff. Charges incurred before cancellation are non-refundable.
3. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Body Fuel is not responsible for orders that are damaged or lost due to incorrect address information.
4. Health Disclaimer
Body Fuel meals are intended as a convenient nutrition option, not as medical or dietary advice. Consult your physician before starting any new nutrition program, particularly if you have allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant or nursing.
5. Allergens
Our meals are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any meal is entirely free of trace allergens.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, logos, photography, and recipes — is the property of Body Fuel Nutrition or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Body Fuel Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
